The 9-week internship program begins the first week of June and ends the first week of August. Finance: Capital Planning Internship Overview As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the Capital Planning and Stress Testing (CPST) team in strategic financial planning and regulatory compliance. Assist in developing the annual Capital Plan, including stress testing and sensitivity analysis. Learn and apply statistical methods to forecast credit losses and capital buffers. Support model development and validation for stress testing scenarios. Create reporting and visualizations in Excel and PowerPoint for leadership presentations. Contribute to policy and documentation updates, including procedures and regulatory self-assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional Finance teams, with opportunities to shadow FP&A, Treasury, and Accounting. Develop core skills in data analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, communication, and leadership. Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited college/university
  • Rising College Juniors, Seniors, Graduate Students, or Thrive Scholars
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work with multi-disciplined teams
  • Strong use of Microsoft Office Tools

Responsibilities
