About The Position

This position is responsible for implementing existing policies, procedures and systems involving teller operations and customer service functions. This includes providing a full range of services to customers and prospective customers in various audio and video operational duties through the use of the Video Teller Machines (VTMs). VTM Tellers ensure that customers are promptly and professionally served, and they cross-sell Bank products and services. It is also important that they maintain friendly, helpful relationships with current or prospective customers.

Requirements

High school graduate with excellent mathematical skills.
Possess the ability to interface and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with employees and customers that is necessary to project a positive and professional image.
Two to five years of experience in a working environment with progressive experience in customer service.
Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Possess the ability to operate a personal computer using a variety of software products.
Exceptional organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
