About The Position

Keys Federal Credit Union is hiring a full time teller to join our Key Plaza branch team. Being a teller at Keys Federal Credit Union is more than just banking transactions; it's building relationships founded on service, integrity and trust. Working on the front line, our Tellers play an instrumental role in being the "frontline" of our credit union and playing a fundamental role in helping our member reaching their financial dreams.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service experience
One year of cash handling experience
Excellent 10-key skills
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers and team mates at all times
Enjoys being part of a team and has the ability to work as a team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic PC knowledge

Nice To Haves

Bilingual/Spanish/Creole/Russian helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

Conduct dozens of credit union routine transactions accurately and efficiently (cash checks, accept deposits and loan payments, process withdrawals etc.)
Go the "extra mile" to build trust relationships, member loyalty and satisfaction
Communicate with different types of people
Manage risk in every transaction and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent losses
Help find solutions to our members' issues and provide relevant information
Talk to our members about credit union products and services
Comply with regulatory requirements
