This position is in the Virtual Toolbox for Installation Mission Effectiveness (VTIME) product office, part of the Acquisition, Training & Readiness (AT&R) Program Management Office. The Acquisition lead plays a key role in the development and implementation of the new VTIME system. VTIME is in the process of becoming formalized within the Army acquisition community with requirements scope being defined. This position is critical in maintaining overall program momentum while navigating the DODI 5000.87 Software Acquisition Pathway and in delivering a Minimum Viable Product within published timelines.
