SIS has an exciting and rare opportunity for a temporary VTC Analyst II to provide support to the DLA Onsite in Columbus, OH Job Summary: Provide unclassified multimedia, video teleconferencing (VTC), and audio visual (AV) equipment support. This support consists of VTC setup, hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting, configuration support, administration, and scheduling of teleconferences as required. Provide guidance and training on how to properly use webcams, Defense Collaboration Services, Government Video Services, and Skype for Business. Manage, maintain, and upgrade all multimedia, VTC, and AV equipment as required. Provide primary support for VTC system training locally and remotely as required. Ensure VTC and AV equipment is operational for scheduled meetings. Provide AV setup and operations support as required to all official functions. Support certification and accreditation of all VTC systems for the various networks as directed by the government. Provide sound technical, administrative, procedural, troubleshooting, and VTC advice to meeting coordinators at the host (local) and far-end VTC locations. VTC setup, bridge, and video CODEC operation.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in multimedia, VTC, and AV equipment support/maintenance, including Administration and Scheduling of teleconferences.
  • Must possess a current/active DoD SECRET or higher security clearance.
  • Must possess a current/active IAT II (i.e., Security+) or higher certification.
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
