Requirements
- Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Able to pass a background check
- Can complete your DCF hours within 90 Days of employment
- Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children

- Education in Early Childhood Education
- Experience within a licensed center
Responsibilities
- Assist the VPK Lead Teacher, ensuring classroom activities align with Florida's Office of Early Learning and the VPK curriculum standards.
- Guide young learners, prioritizing their safety, well-being, and developmental growth.
- Plan engaging activities together with the lead teacher.
- Foster strong, open communication with parents, nurturing positive relationships and supporting our educational objectives.
