Overview Regulatory Affairs Office (“RAO”) serves as the liaison between the Bank and regulatory agencies to manage compliance-related regulatory matters, coordinate regulatory examinations and ad hoc inquiries, organize regulatory information, and provide periodic updates. The VP establishes and maintains RAO procedures and processes, oversees communication with regulators, develops standardized processes for tracking and coordinating regulatory deliverables, drives the submission process to ensure timely execution and quality assurance, and reports remediation plan progress and regulatory updates to Bank Management and committees.
