OneMain Financial is looking for a senior leader who will be responsible in leading software engineering teams driving our Regulatory & Compliance product functions for the organization. The leader will be responsible to collaborate with business, operations, product, and technology partners to deliver the engineering, systems integration and process improvement needs for all aspects of the Regulatory & Compliance support systems, inclusive of the day-to-day running of the engineering teams. In addition to this, the leader will be responsible for contributing to our development of a product-based delivery practice.
