The Vice President, Workforce Intelligence is a pivotal senior leadership role within our Employee Success function – responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for how Salesforce uses data, research, and technology to optimize the employee experience and drive organizational success. This leader will look years ahead, anticipating shifts in workforce dynamics to establish a clear, compelling point of view. This role requires a rare blend of strategic acumen, technical depth, and disciplined prioritization to ensure the Workforce Intelligence team remains focused on highest-value opportunities that directly impact employee outcomes and Salesforce's business objectives. You will lead a large, multi-disciplinary organization with team members who blend data science, advanced analytics, AI, product design, and HR strategy skills and partner closely with the Chief People Officer, Digital & IT Officer, Customers, Product leaders and ES Leadership. Success requires translating our strategic vision into clear, actionable roadmaps, influencing senior executives across the company, and maintaining a high bar for technical excellence and analytical rigor. The ideal candidate is an expert in leveraging insights from organizational behavior, advanced analytics, and cutting-edge technology to design and implement scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance employee experience, productivity, and key talent retention globally.
