About The Position

Hugel Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our U.S. marketing strategy and execution during a pivotal phase of US commercial growth. This role will be responsible for building and scaling a high-impact marketing organization, strengthening brand presence, and driving demand across our aesthetic portfolio.
The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic vision and hands-on leadership, with deep experience in regulated, physician-focused environments and a proven ability to translate strategy into measurable commercial results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Significant experience in aesthetics, pharma, biotech, or other regulated healthcare environments
• Proven track record of building brands and driving commercial growth
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence at the executive level
• Hands-on, adaptable leader comfortable operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organization

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the U.S. marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives and long-term growth plans
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, and field marketing
• Drive brand positioning, messaging, and campaign execution across multiple channels
• Partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure compliant, effective go-to-market strategies
• Oversee product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization
• Leverage data and insights to guide decision-making, measure performance, and continuously improve impact
• Manage agency partners, budgets, and vendor relationships with strong financial discipline
