Requirements

  • Recognized Degree holder (preferably in IT, Information Management, Computer Science or other related field) with minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information Technology in financial industry.
  • Broad understanding of the business and information technology, including data networks and database management.
  • Must also be able to review and understand the limitations of technology in relation to key business processes.
  • Strong project management skills, pro-active, committed and result-oriented with high degree of drive.
  • Need to be able to deal with counterparts who may not be technologically literate
  • A team player who is driven, analytical and meticulous, and possesses good written and verbal communication skills as well as an ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge in VBA, SQL, RPA programming, Machine Learning Skills, SAS scripting, databases, software development processes an advantage.
  • Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and respond to request in timely manner

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all system related enhancement for CMC and other systems in scope
  • Provide necessary support for project implementation between users and IT
  • Initiate process reengineering/streamlining of current workflow for existing process and enforce proper control process for critical items.
  • Identify gaps in existing business and IT processes, recommend and execute implementable solutions to address the issues
  • Enhance productivity and efficiency levels through a culture of continuous improvement by automation using RPA, VBA, ML etc
  • Liaise with all internal and external partners, providing ongoing support as required to the Group Credit Retail
