Position Overview : The Vice President of Training & Development is responsible for leading enterprise change enablement across Mortgage Operations and the broader Bank. This role ensures that strategic initiatives—particularly the rollout of LOS, POS, and core mortgage technologies—are successfully adopted, operationalized, and sustained. The VP will translate business and technology changes into clear, executable workflows, training, and reinforcement strategies that drive consistent execution and measurable performance improvement. This is not a traditional training role. It is a change management and operational enablement function focused on ensuring that investments in systems, processes, and strategy translate into real adoption, behavior change, and business outcomes.
