This new structure elevates Total Rewards into one of the company’s most powerful value-creation levers — strengthening competitiveness, improving governance, accelerating decision-making, and creating a more coherent and intentional employee experience. We are seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards & Experience to build and lead this global organization. This executive will architect a unified rewards strategy, develop scalable and modern programs, and partner closely with the C-suite, Board, Finance, Legal, and leaders across the business to ensure our approach reflects both strong financial discipline and a deeply employee-centered philosophy. It is a rare opportunity to design a next-generation Total Rewards ecosystem at a company entering a new chapter of scale, performance, and maturity.
