SVP Customer Success The VP, Strategy & Customer Business Development will play a pivotal role in connecting these functions — ensuring DayOne’s development roadmap aligns with hyperscale demand while strengthening strategic relationships with key customers globally. The Role The VP, Strategy & Customer Business Development will lead strategic customer engagement with hyperscale and large-scale cloud customers while supporting DayOne’s broader market entry and development strategy. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, development planning, and customer engagement, ensuring that DayOne’s site development and expansion strategy is informed by real market demand and strong hyperscale partnerships. The role will also support major deal development by coordinating across internal teams including development, engineering, finance, and leadership to drive successful project outcomes.
