About The Position

Summary: The VP, Special Projects will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership, driving enterprise-wide initiatives, investor and Board communication, and corporate strategy execution. This role blends investor relations, CEO office leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional program management, with a strong emphasis on governance, reporting excellence, and executive-level storytelling. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Investor Reporting & Governance Lead the creation and delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly investor reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with investor expectations. Establish and maintain a robust governance framework for performance tracking, reporting cadence, and accountability. Act as a primary liaison for investor queries, follow-ups, and ad-hoc analyses in collaboration with Finance and Leadership. 2. Board-Level Communication Develop high-impact Board decks, executive summaries, and performance narratives that clearly articulate strategy, progress, and risks. Partner with cross-functional leaders to consolidate insights, metrics, and strategic messages for senior leadership and the Board. Ensure consistency, clarity, and compelling storytelling across all leadership-facing and governance materials. 3. Corporate Strategy & Business Planning Drive annual and quarterly business planning, including financial projections, KPIs, and strategic goal setting. Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments to support executive and Board-level decision-making. Evaluate new industry verticals, prepare business cases, and assess market-entry and growth strategies. 4. CEO Office Support & Executive Deliverables Partner closely with the CEO to execute strategic priorities, track key initiatives, and ensure disciplined follow-through. Provide dashboards, structured insights, and analytical support for executive discussions and reviews. Prepare briefs, communications, and updates for internal leadership and external stakeholders as needed. 5. Enterprise Strategic Projects Lead and govern cross-functional strategic initiatives across Product, Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Technology. Oversee program design, execution roadmaps, governance models, and measurable outcomes. Identify operational inefficiencies and drive initiatives to strengthen process discipline, scalability, and execution rigor. 6. Reporting & Process Excellence Implement best-in-class reporting standards, templates, KPIs, and review frameworks across the organization. Streamline reporting across functions to ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability. Establish governance mechanisms that reinforce performance tracking, clarity, and decision-making effectiveness. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Requirements

  • Deep expertise in investor reporting, corporate governance, and Board-level presentation development.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, financial modeling capability, and strong business acumen.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication skills, executive presence, and stakeholder management ability.
  • 10+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, CEO Office, Investor Relations, Management Consulting, Corporate Planning, or PMO.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in technology, e-commerce, fintech, BPO/KPO, or high-growth startup environments.
  • MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
