This role works closely with Retention Executives to retain our largest corporate clients in support of WI sales and retention goals. As a Solution Architect, you are responsible for performing a comprehensive analysis of client requirements, comparing plan document provisions against our product and services, problem solving for unique plan features, and representing the Fidelity solution during the rebid process. This role relies heavily on your knowledge of Fidelity’s products, services and processes and your ability to think strategically, coordinate with clients and their consultants, and collaborate with internal business partners.
