About The Position

We are seeking TWO skilled Solution Architects (Network/Security/Wintel) to play a key role in designing and delivering secure, scalable infrastructure solutions for a major government customer. Working across network architecture, security frameworks, and Windows-based environments, you’ll shape robust, compliant, and high-performing platforms while supporting delivery teams in bringing these solutions to life. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical designs, produce detailed documentation, and guide implementation. This role will see you navigating complex enterprise environments, contributing to governance and security frameworks, and ensuring solutions align with operational, performance, and compliance standards. This is a full-time onsite position, working directly from the customer’s location.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect across network, security, and Wintel environments
  • Strong expertise in enterprise networking (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing)
  • Solid background in cyber security architecture, including zero trust, identity, and access controls
  • Extensive experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise endpoint environments
  • Experience designing and supporting secure hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud integration)
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell) for infrastructure management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Designing end-to-end network, security, and Wintel infrastructure solutions across enterprise environments
  • Developing high- and low-level designs, technical documentation, and implementation roadmaps
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams during build and deployment phases
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align infrastructure and security solutions to business requirements
  • Leading design decisions across networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and endpoint/server platforms
  • Supporting troubleshooting and resolution of complex infrastructure and security issues
  • Ensuring compliance with security frameworks, governance standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to continuous improvement across infrastructure, security posture, and operational processes
