About your role: As a VP, Software Development at Fiserv, you will spearhead efforts to modernize and rearchitect our applications, ensuring they align with business demands. You will develop strategic technology roadmaps while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, agile coaches, and clients in an Agile environment to deliver high-value software. You will foster a client-centric engineering culture and lead multiple critical workstreams with a focus on swift execution and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading development teams and organizations across all lifecycle phases and driving process improvements
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development, cloud services, data structures, and resilient services
• 8+ years of experience in managing expectations for and communicating with Senior Executives and Clients
• 6+ years of experience in managing and coaching managers and senior technologists to deliver global, scalable solutions swiftly and with high quality
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, or military experience
• You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
