The Vice President Servicing and Transfer Management will provide enterprise level management for the coordination and transfer of loan portfolios including acquisitions and service release for the company. This would include coordinating with business development, the trading desk, , subesrvicing team, correspondent lending group and transaction management, as Servicing’s representative for planning and delivery and receipt of transactions. The VP Servicing and Transfer Management will: Oversee all transaction activity, including: escalations, internal executive debrief sessions, transfer external business partner meetings, etc. . Partner with the lines of business to monitor sunset and contractual timelines to appropriately claim and recover for breaches of potential servicing deficiencies by the prior seller or servicer Manage servicing operational units to ensure servicing readiness in terms of training, staffing, technology Analyze data integrity reports pre- and post-transaction to ensure accuracy and minimize negative impact to customers Maximize system capabilities to capture all critical data to ensure proper servicing and minimize adverse impact to customer Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
