About The Position

Overview The VP, Sr Portfolio Manager - Healthcare Commercial Real Estate is responsible for servicing a mature portfolio of Medical Office Building loans as part of FCB's Commercial Finance - Healthcare Real Estate business unit. Key functions include the ongoing assessment of the financial and credit quality of the assigned loan portfolio through prescribed servicing processes and procedures. In addition, a key attribute to the role is to build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients in accordance with the Bank's core values. Responsibilities Portfolio Management - Monitors portfolio for completeness of reporting, accuracy of credit grading, and risk of potential exposures. Manages assigned portfolio as per loan servicing requirements including but not limited to loan reporting, borrower requests, and loan extensions / modifications. Additional responsibilities may include underwriting efforts associated with loan refinancings, amendments and/or interest rate hedges. Client Service - Maintains ongoing communication and contact with assigned Medical Office clients and syndicate lenders. Fortifies relationships and monitors client satisfaction. Collections - Monitors loans for payment status. Works with delinquent clients to collect past due payments Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Credit Underwriting OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Credit Underwriting Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance; Medical Office, Retail, and/or Industrial Property Types; Debt or Equity Investment Analysis If hired in New York, New York, the base pay for this position is generally between $145,000.00 and $180,000,00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Credit Underwriting OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Credit Underwriting
