About The Position

A prominent commercial real estate company seeks an experienced commercial property manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a regional medical office portfolio throughout several states. The property manager will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, vendor management, maintenance supervision, construction oversight, reporting, AP/AR, and budgeting. The position is based in Middletown, NJ, with travel to properties, locally and out of state, as needed. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of property management experience with commercial office, medical, or retail properties. This position requires strong administrative, organizational, supervisory, and problem-solving skills. Our company seeks a team player with the proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities. The candidate must have acute attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, often meeting strict deadlines. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a courteous, customer-service-oriented manner. Microsoft Office proficiency is required, with a strong focus on Excel; Yardi and AVID knowledge is a plus. Requirements
