We are looking for a customer and partner obsessed Product Manager that is focused on delivering best in class products within the Secured Installment Loan market. As a critical member of the Product organization, the Secured Installment Product Manager will own the customer need while developing and leading the product roadmap to achieve customer, partner, and business objectives. This role requires being the customer, market, and product subject matter expert, using data to identify opportunities, gaining alignment with the organization and key stakeholders, and leading the development of technology-driven, innovative solutions and enhancements. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, thrives in a fast-moving agile environment, collaborates effectively across teams, and acts as an owner by proactively taking initiative. Occasionally you will be required to commute or travel for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events.
