Role Summary/Purpose: The VP, Analytics – Sam’s Club reports to the SVP, Sam’s Club Analytics Leader and leads portfolio diagnostics, forecasting, and investment optimization to accelerate new accounts and profitable purchase volume growth for the Sam’s Club credit program. This leader provides decision support for acquisition investments and partners closely with Marketing on targeting, segmentation, channel strategy, and measurement of acquisition initiatives. This role partners cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Credit, and Technology/Operations to deliver insights on customer behavior, campaign performance, product/channel strategy, and forecasting. The VP will serve as a trusted analytics advisor to senior leaders and client partners. This is a hands-on role requiring frequent use of analytical and data-mining tools.
