The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and proven performer to lead our sales efforts as the VP Sales and Strategic Accounts. The right candidate must have the contacts and ability to develop new strategic accounts and form relationships with brokers and distributors. This is a unique opportunity to lead sales for a vertically integrated, farmer-owned company with direct control over farming, sourcing, and production. You will work closely with ownership, play a critical role in planning and execution, and help scale brands built on transparency, quality, and long-term partnerships. This is a mostly in-office role based in West Sacramento, CA, however, for the right candidate a hybrid/remote role would be considered. Office presence on a weekly basis is a requirement. This role requires approximately 5 days of travel per month for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Our Compensation and Benefits show how much we value our team: Base salary starting at $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience A successful, motivated person in this role has the potential to earn $200,000+ annually.
