Make a Difference The VP, Regional President provides executive leadership for the Northeast region (including Community Hospital Anderson), with full accountability for hospital and regional performance. This role partners closely with system and product line leaders to drive growth, quality, physician alignment, and financial sustainability while strengthening community presence and relationships. The Regional President will: • Provide executive oversight for hospitals and operations within the assigned region, ensuring strong performance in quality, safety, patient experience, culture, and financial results • Lead and execute regional growth strategies aligned with system-wide priorities to expand access, volume, and market share • Partner with product line leaders to expand programs, services, and sites of care across the region • Build strong relationships with physicians and medical staff, supporting engagement, alignment, recruitment, and retention • Serve as the senior regional representative with community leaders, employers, and civic organizations • Oversee regional financial performance, including operating budgets, capital planning, and resource allocation • Develop and lead high-performing leadership teams through coaching, accountability, and change leadership Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Applicants for this position should bring strong healthcare leadership experience with a proven ability to drive regional performance, growth, and financial sustainability. The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-driven leader with strong financial acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to influence physicians, senior leaders, and community stakeholders. • Master’s degree required (MSN, MBA, MHA, or related field) • 10+ years of executive leadership experience in healthcare or a similarly complex, matrixed organization. Candidates must demonstrate substantial experience overseeing hospital operations, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving performance • Strategic and systems-level thinking with the ability to translate strategy into execution • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, capital planning, and performance management • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with all levels of the organization • Effective decision-making in complex, high-impact environments

Requirements
