The VP, Regional President provides executive leadership for the Northeast region (including Community Hospital Anderson), with full accountability for hospital and regional performance. This role partners closely with system and product line leaders to drive growth, quality, physician alignment, and financial sustainability while strengthening community presence and relationships. The Regional President will: • Provide executive oversight for hospitals and operations within the assigned region, ensuring strong performance in quality, safety, patient experience, culture, and financial results • Lead and execute regional growth strategies aligned with system-wide priorities to expand access, volume, and market share • Partner with product line leaders to expand programs, services, and sites of care across the region • Build strong relationships with physicians and medical staff, supporting engagement, alignment, recruitment, and retention • Serve as the senior regional representative with community leaders, employers, and civic organizations • Oversee regional financial performance, including operating budgets, capital planning, and resource allocation • Develop and lead high-performing leadership teams through coaching, accountability, and change leadership Applicants for this position should bring strong healthcare leadership experience with a proven ability to drive regional performance, growth, and financial sustainability.
