About The Position

This role owns how our products are positioned, launched, and experienced across the full customer lifecycle, from first touch through long-term advocacy. You will serve as the strategic connective tissue between Product, Sales, Growth, and Customer Success, ensuring clarity, alignment, and speed across go-to-market efforts. You’ll shape the company’s market narrative and customer storytelling, translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise audiences. As a hands-on leader, you’ll guide a high-performing team while personally driving critical initiatives such as major product launches, messaging frameworks, and customer advocacy programs that directly impact adoption, retention, and growth.

Requirements

  • A customer-first mindset grounded in deep empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to delivering real, measurable value.
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or GTM roles, including 5+ years leading and developing teams.
  • Proven success driving product adoption, retention, and advocacy across B2B segments from SMB through Enterprise.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Strong analytical orientation with experience using tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, and BI platforms to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • A collaborative, execution-oriented leadership style that thrives in high-velocity environments and drives alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve differentiated product positioning and messaging across segments and use cases.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, features, and solutions in close partnership with Product, Sales, and Growth Marketing.
  • Scale customer marketing and advocacy programs, including case studies, reference programs, user communities, and NPS-driven initiatives.
  • Oversee high-impact sales and customer enablement assets such as pitch decks, playbooks, product videos, and customer stories.
  • Partner with Growth and Customer Success to design lifecycle programs that drive adoption, expansion, and customer lifetime value.
  • Establish metrics and dashboards to measure product adoption, retention, expansion, and campaign ROI, using insights to continuously refine strategy.
