Perform financial analysis and prepare underwriting documents to support complex multimillion-dollar credit requests for Utility, Power and Renewable clients. Familiarity with project finance lending experience is preferred. The Portfolio Manager provides leadership for the deal team in analysis, approval, execution as well as documentation. She/he leads discussions and builds strong relationships with clients. The Portfolio Manager acts as a credit execution product specialist and recommends approval for credit proposals for Utility, Power and Renewable transactions. In addition, she/he is responsible for matters relating to financing and/or financial modeling. The ideal Portfolio Manager will conduct business within the moderate risk profile of the bank and, at the same time, possess a propensity to close deals. This will be accomplished through leadership – taking ownership of deals, leading through example, working hard, developing creative solutions and treating others professionally and respectfully. This person will build a strong reputation with others for honesty, critical thinking and diligence. The role requires a professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, open to new transactions and initiatives.
