About The Position

This role uniquely operates in a hybrid capacity—delivering People & Culture (P&C) advisory and operational services to Blackstone real estate portfolio companies while also playing a key leadership role within Revantage’s internal P&C function. The VP balances client‑focused partnership with internal collaboration to ensure consistent, scalable, and high‑quality HR service delivery. Acting as a strategic advisor and HR consultant, this leader brings together all aspects of HR—including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Design, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development—to align talent strategies with business priorities. The VP maintains strong commercial and operational literacy to inform both talent strategy and broader organizational direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience across employee relations, recruitment, training and development, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
  • Proven experience developing direct reports and leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to senior leadership.
  • Excellent client service mindset and the ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong change management capabilities with experience driving organizational, process, and technology change.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a hybrid advisory/operational model balancing portfolio client needs with internal leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with portfolio company HR and business leaders to understand their People & Culture needs and deliver tailored solutions across Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Learning & Leadership Development, and HR Business Partnering.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback through formal and informal channels and translate it into actionable improvements for Revantage’s P&C service delivery.
  • Identify gaps and unmet needs in portfolio company people strategies and partner with them to design effective solutions.
  • Serve as relationship manager to portfolio CHROs and/or act as a senior HR advisor, depending on partner needs.
  • Provide strategic HR advisory services, including organizational assessments, workforce planning insights, and operating model recommendations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Revantage executive leadership, front‑line managers, and employees.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the P&C function and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strengthen communication and alignment between Revantage’s P&C strategy and portfolio company needs.
  • Lead or support special projects, including reorganizations, change initiatives, M&A integration, and leadership development.
  • Drive programs and initiatives that cultivate Revantage’s culture and reinforce core values.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on performance management, career development, and employee relations matters.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop proactive HR solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, partnering with Legal when needed to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Promote inclusion, collaboration, fairness, innovation, integrity, and high performance.
  • Provide guidance and support around restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Build and strengthen employee engagement, morale, productivity, and retention.
