About The Position

The Vice President of Personalization & Engagement Campaigns will define and execute a data-driven strategy to deliver highly personalized experiences across our benefits platform. This role will lead efforts to ensure every interaction—whether selecting benefits, engaging with wellness programs, or accessing resources—is tailored to individual needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in leadership roles focused on campaign strategy, personalization, or lifecycle engagement.
  • Proven experience with personalization platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven campaign design, AI/ML applications, and customer segmentation.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HR tech, benefits platforms, or SaaS businesses.
  • Familiarity with CDPs, real-time decisioning engines, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable campaign strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own personalization and campaign strategy for the benefits platform, ensuring relevance and engagement across diverse employee populations.
  • Build and lead a team focused on personalization, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to embed personalization into platform experiences.
  • Create personalized campaigns to close gaps in care, drive behavior change, and provide educational awareness across health and wellbeing.
  • Drive dynamic content strategies and real-time personalization using behavioral, demographic, and predictive data.
  • Oversee the use of advanced analytics, AI/ML models, and personalization engines to deliver tailored experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards while maximizing personalization capabilities.
  • Define KPIs for personalization and campaign initiatives (e.g., engagement, benefit adoption, retention) and continuously optimize for impact.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing to refine campaign tactics.
