About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive organizational transformation and performance improvement that will enhance operational efficiency, improve business outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the company.  The successful candidate will excel at translating strategic vision into consistent execution while building high-performing, mission-driven teams in complex matrix environments. The role will be responsible for driving transformation strategies, performance management, and enterprise change initiatives that align organizational goals with measurable outcomes, and will work closely with senior leaders to identify areas for improvement, design and implement changes, and measure progress towards strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or additional related work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, performance management, and change management, with focus on driving business growth and transformation.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive insights.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic planning, performance management, and enterprise change initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in complex matrix environments, with ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Strong understanding of AI & Technology Innovation, with ability to leverage technology to drive business growth and transformation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with ability to partner with C-suite leadership and other senior executives.
  • Developed and executed strategic plans that drove business growth, improved performance, and transformed underperforming markets.
  • Implemented performance management processes that drove accountability and measurable outcomes across complex matrix organizations.
  • Successfully led large-scale change initiatives, balancing innovation with organizational stability.
  • Developed and managed enterprise investment prioritization frameworks that optimized resource allocation and drove business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives and drives business growth, innovation, and transformation across the organization.
  • Lead large-scale change initiatives, balancing innovation with organizational stability, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic plans. Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
  • Design and implement performance management processes, including dashboards and KPIs, to drive accountability and measurable outcomes across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, Market Presidents, and other stakeholders to influence strategic decisions, align initiatives with organizational goals, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Own the governance and continuous refinement of the enterprise operating model, ensuring clear value stream accountability, elimination of duplicative layers, and alignment of structure to strategy.
  • Build and lead high-performing, mission-driven teams in complex matrix environments, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation initiatives.
  • Own enterprise-wide value realization standards, including ROI thresholds, capital allocation discipline, benefit tracking, GAAP alignment with Enterprise Finance, and structured stage-gate governance to ensure investments deliver measurable financial impact.
  • Lead the enterprise business architecture function to define and mature core capabilities, value streams, and capability roadmaps, ensuring strategic investments are aligned to capability gaps, modernization priorities, and long-term competitive differentiation. Embed architecture into governance processes to connect strategy, operating model design, and capital deployment.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to a business architecture team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement business architecture frameworks, models, and standards that drive business transformation and innovation.
