Reporting to the Senior Vice-president of Global Marketing, this role is instrumental in defining the long-term digital strategy and sustained growth of Robert Half’s audience and customer base. This role will own, drive, and report key metrics related to acquisition, engagement, retention, and churn. This leader will think and act strategically, making data-driven decisions to optimize digital initiatives to drive net new clients, candidates leads, and increase retention. This role’s responsibilities include providing strategic leadership for digital channels and lifecycle marketing initiatives, including web and SEO for roberthalf.com, email marketing journeys, paid acquisition and integrated 3rd party performance marketing channels supporting site traffic, conversions, marketing qualified leads for field sales teams, purchase/repurchase, and retention. This leader will partner with IT leaders and advocate for resources to iterate on integrations, data accessibility and tools in support of marketing goals. The role is accountable to deliver strategic annual plans to support real-time and future business needs, and will collaborate closely as the strategic advisor for the international business ensuring technology, platforms, and optimization strategies are consistent and best practices are global.
