This role partners closely with executive leadership, and takes steps to ensure the company’s human capital, culture, and leadership capabilities are aligned with its purpose, values, and long-term business objectives. The VP of P&O develops people-related programs and processes to build a high-performing, inclusive, and compliant organization across North America and in other identified growth markets internationally. This role leads the design and execution of a roadmap of strategies that attract, motivate, and retain our diverse team of talent, support our associate’s well-being, and support a best-in-class associate experience, enabling the P&O team to drive organizational success.
