The Vice President, HR Strategy & People Experience is a senior HR leadership role responsible for translating enterprise people strategy into disciplined execution while elevating the end-to-end team member experience. This leader oversees the HR strategic roadmap and portfolio governance, shapes and communicates a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and ensures HR initiatives are well-governed, effectively delivered, clearly communicated, and meaningfully experienced. This role serves as a strategic integrator across the Executive HR Leadership Team (eHRLT) and business leaders to align culture, engagement, leadership effectiveness, and organizational systems with enterprise strategy. The VP acts as both architect and operator — a player-coach who sets direction, drives execution, and models excellence in communication and experience design.
