If you value teamwork, ownership, and solving tough problems, Flock could be the place for you. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, platform evolution, and partnership management in a complex ecosystem serving both the public safety and private sector. You will play a critical role in shaping how we work with partners, align external opportunities with product direction, and create long-term strategic leverage for the business. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and platform development — where success depends on navigating multiple stakeholder perspectives and translating complexity into durable, high-impact partnerships.

  • Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and executive leadership
  • Sound judgment and pragmatism — able to balance long-term strategic value with near-term execution

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for our partnership and integration ecosystem, with a particular focus on integration strategy, marketplace of partnerships, and APIs
  • Build team of partners that when paired with our products collectively provides the end-to-end solutions customers want from us
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and GTM teams to execute complex partnership initiatives to drive growth
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to align API governance, platform strategy, and partner needs
  • Further develop the corporate development function into a proactive, strategically driven capability — identifying, prioritizing, and advancing high-impact opportunities across partnerships and the broader ecosystem
  • Support M&A and strategic investment activity in partnership with Finance and executive leadership
  • Represent the company externally with partners, industry stakeholders, and ecosystem participants, bringing credibility, judgment, and a long-term perspective
