The role, referred to as a Director II, is responsible for day-to-day client operations and the planning, development, and implementation of policies, objectives, and initiatives for acute and/or physician revenue cycle activities. This includes managing outsourced vendors, clients, and in-house functional areas such as Patient Access (Patient Scheduling, Pre-Access/Registration, Registration Admissions, Financial Counseling), Health Information Management (Site Medical Records management, Release of Information, Transcription), and Patient Financial Services (Billing, Charge Master/Revenue Integrity, Insurance Follow-Up, Customer Service, Cash Posting, Denials Management, Payment Variance, Collections). The position involves reviewing and implementing systematic approaches to maximize revenue and cash flow, ensuring consistent results, forming and nurturing client relationships, and meeting client performance expectations through influence and direction of client and Ensemble operations. This role also requires communicating organizational values and positive leadership to all associates. The scope of responsibility includes managing less than $2 Billion Net Revenue or fewer than 10 facilities. The position is described as a HYBRID role in MN.
