VP of Technology

goodrLos Angeles, CA
$195,000 - $220,000Hybrid

About The Position

Do you look at a mess of legacy technical debt and see a beautiful puzzle instead of a reason to pull your hair out? We’re looking for a digital wizard to architect scalable, cloud-first platforms while ensuring our systems don’t pull a "blue screen of death" during a big launch. You’ll be the one holding the keys to the kingdom, negotiating vendor contracts like a shark and keeping our data more secure than a squirrel’s favorite nut stash. If you can translate a "strategic roadmap" into plain English without making our eyes glaze over, you’re already halfway there. We need a leader who can kill off useless tech dependencies so we don’t accidentally end up using floppy disks in 2026. If you’re ready to lead our tech empire with high-level genius and a healthy dose of sarcasm, plug yourself in and apply!

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in technology, with demonstrated leadership of teams, oversight of large-scale organizational strategy, and driving cross-functional initiatives at a senior level (e.g., VP or equivalent)
  • Experience managing ERP, CRM, and enterprise platforms, including NetSuite, Salesforce, and Shopify
  • Skilled in systems integration and iPaaS platforms (e.g., Boomi) and cloud-based infrastructure
  • Strong track record in data governance, security, compliance, and fraud prevention
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into scalable technology solutions
  • Experience managing technology budgets, vendor relationships, and ROI-driven investments
  • Visionary, excited to grow and scale the systems function
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Lives for systems!
  • Loves the work more than a paycheck
  • Is happy to give away credit to their team
  • Loves getting and giving feedback
  • Is into personal growth
  • Thinks Fun is doing great work (not just partying)
