The Difference You Make: The Sr. Associate, Strategic Initiatives, will join a high-performing team focused on execution of strategic projects. The Sr. Associate will play a key role managing a portfolio of high-priority strategic initiatives that will shape the future of Santander US. They will focus on the execution of the most critical projects for Santander US and oversee a team of PMOs to ensure proper implementation of all project management aspects (risk assessment, governance, artifacts, etc.). The Sr. Associate will liaise with stakeholders across multiple functions (business, risk, finance, technology) to ensure proper delivery of strategic initiatives. This is an ideal position for a candidate who wants to apply previous management consulting or corporate banking experience into an execution-focused and fast-paced role. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to senior management.
