The role offers the opportunity to drive influential sales relationships and oversee a dynamic team of directors, steering comprehensive go -to -market strategies, mentoring talent, and ensuring strong operational execution with measurable results. The candidate will lead the development and implementation of vertical -specific sales strategies, positioning the company as a preferred partner in specification sales, and integrating ESCO, National Account, and Specifier approaches for sustainable market growth. The VP will recruit and coach high -performing sales professionals, set SMART goals, drive accountability, and enhance team effectiveness through regular meetings and CRM -driven performance tracking. Collaboration across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance ensures streamlined budgeting, margin analysis, and process improvements, maximizing performance and profitability.
