About The Position

Run operations for a PE-backed, multi-product training platform and own how the business actually scales. VP of Operations Location/Type: U.S. Remote (50% travel) Pay: $175,000 – $225,000 OTE Schedule: Full-time Role Snapshot Own Customer Success, Ops, and Back Office. Report to CEO.
