MedvidiSan Jose, CA

About The Position

MEDvidi is a fast-growing health technology company delivering virtual care solutions at scale. We operate in a highly regulated healthcare environment where clinical quality, operational rigor, and patient experience are non-negotiable. We are entering our next phase of growth and are building the leadership team required to scale responsibly, efficiently, and sustainably. This role is central to that mission. We are seeking a VP of Operations / COO to build, own, and scale MEDvidi’s operational engine. This role serves as the CEO’s right-hand operator and execution lead - responsible for translating strategy into execution across the organization. This is a hands-on, builder role for an experienced operator who has scaled health tech, virtual care, or healthcare services businesses through growth-stage complexity. You will design systems, diagnose problems, and drive execution - not maintain mature infrastructure. You will partner closely with the CEO, CMO/clinical leadership, Finance, Growth, Product/Engineering, and CX, and will have access to an Executive Advisor for strategic guidance and mentorship.

Requirements

  • 12–18 years of operations leadership experience
  • Prior experience in health tech, virtual care, healthcare services, or other regulated healthcare environments
  • Proven track record of scaling operations in a growth-stage company
  • Strong financial and operational fluency - you understand unit economics, not just process
  • Experience working closely with clinical leadership, providers, and compliance teams
  • Builder mindset - comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete systems
  • Highly data-driven with strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on leader who can design strategy and execute
  • Exceptional communicator who can navigate conflict, align stakeholders, and drive decisions
  • High integrity, sound judgment, low ego
  • Comfortable being accountable in high-growth, high-pressure environments
  • Coachable, curious, and open to mentorship

Nice To Haves

  • Drive cross-functional alignment, surface risks early, and ensure follow-through on company-wide initiatives
  • Partner closely with the CMO and clinical leadership to ensure: Clear clinical authority boundaries Safe, compliant, and scalable care delivery Strong alignment between the Professional Corporation and MSO where applicable
