About The Position

Launch Potato connects millions of consumers to the world's top brands every month across financial services, insurance, e-commerce, and beyond. Our Partner Network is one of our fastest-growing revenue channels - and it's looking for its first dedicated owner. This is not an optimization job. It's a build job. You'll inherit an established, growing book of publisher and advertiser relationships, own the full P&L, and set the strategy for where the network goes next. If you've run a network before and want to own one outright, this is the role.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running or building an affiliate or performance network with direct P&L accountability, including personal ownership of publisher and advertiser relationships at scale.
  • Proficiency in Looker or comparable BI tools is required
  • Hands-on experience with TUNE or a comparable affiliate tracking platform
  • 8-12 years in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or digital media with demonstrated ownership of revenue or margin growth.

Responsibilities

  • Stabilize and grow the existing book of 40+ publisher relationships within the first 90 days - reduce churn risk, establish performance baselines, and identify top expansion opportunities.
  • Drive year-over-year margin growth for the Partner Network with a clear operating plan and measurable progress by Q3.
  • Build cross-functional trust with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Sales within the first 6 months - measured by active collaboration on at least two joint initiatives.
  • Launch at least one net-new vertical or traffic channel by end of year with positive margin contribution.
  • Hire and onboard a first Account Manager within 6 months, contingent on business performance and pipeline growth.
