You’re comfortable in the details, owning close, cash, and integration, while also helping guide strategic decisions. You’ve operated in a multi-entity environment, understand the pace of M&A, and know how to build structure without slowing momentum. You bring consistency, clarity, and accountability to the finance function. Travel: Minimal overnight travel may be requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, GAAP, M&A, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Motivated to learn and adapt to areas you may be unfamiliar with

Responsibilities

  • Leadership, Culture, and Accountability (LCA) Carry our culture. Lead and develop the finance team. Model company values. Establish clear structure and accountability. Own the financial component of the EOS Scorecard and reporting cadence.
  • Financial Structure and Execution Own and execute GAAP-accurate monthly and annual close across all entities, including reconciliations, audit readiness, and financial accuracy. Establish and maintain standardized accounting practices, intercompany structure, cash alignment, and multi-entity consolidation. Own core financial systems. Oversee and enforce billing accuracy, AR discipline, collections, payroll, and tax compliance to ensure predictable cash flow.
  • Cash, Forecasting, and Planning Maintain clear visibility into cash across all entities. Own short- and long-range forecasting, annual budgeting, and reforecasting. Provide financial modeling and clear insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • M&A Financial Ownership and Integration Own financial execution of acquisitions from diligence through close. Lead post-acquisition financial integration, including systems alignment, purchase accounting, intercompany structure, and entity consolidation.
  • Risk and Compliance Own business insurance strategy and coverage. Manage broker relationships. Ensure appropriate risk mitigation and compliance across all entities, states, and financial requirements.
