About The Position
This is not a traditional back-office finance role. The VP of Finance is a strategic partner to leadership, responsible for building financial strategy, systems, and performance infrastructure to support growth. This role also aligns finance with technology and e-commerce operations to ensure accurate, scalable reporting.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years in finance/accounting; 5+ years in senior leadership
- Experience supporting $10M-$50M companies in growth environments
- Strong background in financial modeling, systems, and controls
- Proven experience building financial infrastructure (not just maintaining)
- Experience managing teams (5-15+)
- Tech-savvy; experience with automation/AI tools preferred
- U.S.-based, remote
- Credit check required
- Occasional travel

Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Provide data-driven insights to guide business decisions
- Oversee accounting, reporting accuracy, and compliance
- Build and scale financial systems, dashboards, and processes
- Drive automation and AI integration across finance
- Manage financial performance of e-commerce channels
- Lead and develop a team of 10-15
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and digital teams
