About The Position

A fast-growing SaaS technology company in Monsey is seeking a high-level VP of Engineering & Technology to lead, scale, and elevate the entire engineering organization. Requirements

  • Yiddish speaking required
  • Proven track record growing and leading engineering teams at a SaaS company
  • Experience scaling engineering from early-stage → structured operation
  • Strong technical background in C# .NET (must have been a developer earlier in your career)
  • Deep understanding of Agile, sprints, and engineering process management
  • Experience managing fast-growth delivery environments with competing priorities
  • Strong operational mindset — org design, performance management, systems, and process
  • Confident leadership — not a “yes person,” comfortable making and defending decisions
  • Ability to build teams, hold people accountable, and inspire excellence

Responsibilities

  • Build, grow, and structure the engineering team into a high-performing organization
  • Establish engineering processes, workflows, sprint structures, and execution standards
  • Introduce clarity, accountability, and a professional development culture
  • Recruit, coach, and develop top engineering talent
  • Oversee architecture, scalability, and system performance for a growing SaaS platform
  • Ensure technical decisions support business goals and long-term growth
  • Balance speed, tech debt, reliability, and future scalability
  • Set technology standards for coding, testing, releases, and documentation
  • Partner closely with Product, business leadership, and developers
  • Communicate technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
  • Build a healthy, positive culture with strong accountability and teamwork
  • Align engineering priorities with company milestones and customer needs
