The VP of Digital will be responsible for Everlane’s direct-to-customer profit and loss (P&L) by driving the digital vision and strategy to shape the customer shopping experience on Everlane.com. This includes overseeing all aspects of the e-commerce business, including site experience, site merchandising, site production, and operations through digital transformation, innovation, and customer-centric digital solutions. The VP of Digital will lead the integration of digital technologies into the company’s business models, operations, and customer experience to drive efficiency, growth, and customer engagement to improve the overall customer experience on Everlane.com. This role requires a deep understanding of emerging digital trends, the ability to execute a company-wide digital transformation, and a passion for optimizing the digital ecosystem. This role will oversee technology, e-commerce, paid media and acquisitions, retention, and customer experience teams. It is a full-time role based at our Los Angeles office, headquartered in the Downtown Arts District. Our work week is a hybrid of at least 3 days in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. All other days are optional in the office.
