VP of Consumer

About The Position

The Revi Mission 🚀 Brick-and-mortar retail isn’t dead. It’s evolving. As technology accelerates, the digital and physical worlds are collapsing into a single purchasing layer. At Revi, we believe the real Web3 is this hybrid world — where every physical purchase has a digital identity, an ongoing relationship, and an opportunity for engagement. In this future, consumer behavior, expectations, and loyalty are fundamentally reset. Consumers will rely on AI-native tools that move seamlessly across the digital and physical world. Revi is at the forefront of this shift, building product every day to make this vision real. Backed by top Silicon Valley investors, Revi is positioned to define and own a multi-billion-dollar category. Consumer at Revi Consumer is not a feature — it is a platform. At Revi, the consumer experience is where product, growth, brand, and AI converge. Our consumer surface is how users discover Revi, trust it, rely on it, and ultimately build long-term loyalty across physical and digital commerce. We are building an AI-first consumer platform that anticipates needs, reduces friction, and creates durable, personalized relationships between consumers and the places they shop. The Role The VP of Consumer owns Revi’s consumer business end-to-end. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, execution, and growth of all consumer-facing experiences at Revi. This includes product, lifecycle, engagement, retention, and the evolution of Revi’s AI-native consumer platform (currently in stealth). This is a GM-level role with full accountability for consumer outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Growth, Design, Data, and AI, leading cross-functional teams to build, launch, and scale category-defining consumer products. You are expected to think long-term while executing sprint by sprint — building fast, learning quickly, and iterating constantly with a relentless focus on user delight, measurable impact, and durable growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer product leadership, product management, or product design.
  • Prior experience as a VP, Head of Product, Director, or GM owning a consumer surface or business.
  • Deep B2C product experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
  • A strong, opinionated point of view on building products in the age of AI.
  • Hands-on experience shipping AI-driven or AI-powered consumer products.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering 0→1 and scale-stage products.
  • Strong product intuition and taste — ability to create simple, intuitive, brand-defining experiences.
  • Data-fluent: able to form hypotheses, define success metrics, and tell clear stories with data.
  • Startup IQ: comfortable with ambiguity, moving fast, context-switching, and building from first principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire alignment across executives and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own Revi’s long-term consumer vision and roadmap, grounded in AI-first principles.
  • Translate company strategy into clear consumer priorities, bets, and outcomes.
  • Set the north-star metrics for consumer growth, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Own Revi’s AI-native consumer product, building it from first principles and scaling it into a core platform.
  • Leverage AI as a co-builder — from personalization and automation to discovery, decisioning, and real-time consumer engagement.
  • Ensure AI is embedded into how consumers experience Revi, not layered on as a feature.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, Growth, and Data.
  • Drive execution across the full product lifecycle: discovery → launch → adoption → scale.
  • Make hard tradeoffs, take calculated risks, and ensure teams are shipping meaningful improvements every sprint.
  • Own consumer growth strategy in partnership with Marketing and Revenue.
  • Build systems that drive repeat usage, loyalty, and habit formation.
  • Use experimentation, data, and user insights to continuously optimize the consumer funnel.
  • Build and lead a high-performing consumer organization.
  • Set the standard for AI fluency, product excellence, and ownership.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, accountability, and speed.
