As Vice President of Business Development, you’ll be a strategic growth leader — building meaningful relationships, earning trust with owners and partners, and positioning Redstone as the operator of choice across student housing and multifamily markets. You’ll own the full growth lifecycle: identifying opportunities, guiding conversations, leading proposals, closing new management agreements, and ensuring a seamless handoff into operations.
