About The Position

Lead the Infrastructure That Keeps Us Flying The Vice President of Building Asset Management serves as one of the captains for RDU’s buildings and building systems department— you’ll use capital and operating budgets to balance long-range infrastructure planning with day-to-day operational execution of planning, leading, and facilitating the maintenance, renewal, and replacement of existing facilities across the campus. This role ensures our airline and tenant modifications, retail and concessions upgrades, rental car facilities, and ongoing infrastructure improvements are safe, modern, and ready to support a world-class airport operation. As Vice President of Building Asset Management, you’ll: Lead at scale — Oversee major building and building systems renewal and replacement programs that support airline operations, concessions, rental cars, and tenant partners. Shape the future — Drive capital renewal and modernization efforts that align with RDU’s long-term strategic and growth plans. Operate where it matters most — Work in a 24/7, high-visibility environment where safety, reliability, and passenger experience are mission-critical.
