About The Position

Gruve is seeking a Vice President of Agentic Solutions - Salesforce to lead and scale our Salesforce Practice across automotive and adjacent verticals, including manufacturing, mobility, and fleet management. This executive leadership role will drive revenue growth through agentic AI innovation built on Salesforce platforms, delivering transformational outcomes for OEMs, dealer networks, and automotive suppliers. Reporting to the SVP, Enterprise Solutions & Strategic Growth, the VP will own Salesforce strategy, alliance governance, and operational execution while expanding Gruve's footprint within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce expertise, automotive domain knowledge, and a proven ability to commercialize AI-driven solutions at enterprise scale.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or professional services, with 5+ years leading a Salesforce practice
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry, including OEMs, dealer networks, Tier 1 suppliers, EV platforms, or fleet management
  • Deep expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Automotive Cloud, Data Cloud, and Einstein
  • Demonstrated success owning revenue targets and closing large enterprise deals ($4M+ annually)
  • Strong experience partnering with Salesforce account teams to build pipeline and drive joint wins
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, delivery, and partner ecosystems
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and drive outcome-based selling

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI technologies, including Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein Service Agent, or autonomous workflow orchestration
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar platforms to support complex automotive data ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of connected vehicle data, telemetry, predictive analytics, and AI-driven CX
  • Proven track record scaling a vertical-focused Salesforce practice to $10M+ in annual revenue
  • Established relationships within Salesforce leadership and automotive enterprise accounts
  • Experience leading pilot-to-production AI initiatives with measurable ROI
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Salesforce go-to-market strategy for automotive and related verticals, with a strong focus on Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud–driven solutions
  • Own revenue growth and P&L for the Salesforce automotive practice, achieving $10M+ in annual revenue through new logo acquisition and account expansion
  • Partner closely with Salesforce Account Executives and alliance teams to identify, scope, and close agentic AI opportunities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Automotive Cloud
  • Lead the design and deployment of agentic AI use cases, including hyper-personalized sales journeys, autonomous service scheduling, predictive maintenance, and supply chain optimization
  • Collaborate with solution engineering, delivery, and product teams to take AI pilots from concept to production using Gruve.ai’s AI-first methodology
  • Oversee solution architecture and integration strategy, unifying CRM, DMS, Data Cloud, and connected vehicle/telemetry data
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales, solutioning, and delivery leadership teams
  • Establish and manage Salesforce alliance governance, including joint GTM planning, pipeline forecasting, and executive alignment
  • Serve as an executive advisor to clients, articulating the business value of agentic AI and Salesforce-driven transformation
